LaRae LeTexier

Hi there! My name is LaRae. I am a licensed clinical social worker. I have always been drawn to the field of people! I have experience working with individuals in lots of settings including clinics, homeless shelters, in their homes, and in the hospital. I have landed in psychotherapy, and I so enjoy getting to make connections with my clients and learning about how they tick! I have experience working with adolescents and adults with varying diagnoses/stuck points including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, self-esteem and identity concerns. I especially enjoy working with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, a modality I have found helpful on my own healing journey.
